Shaft

1) Using the file, I'm adjusting the shaft's laloke.

3) I am marking up the braces to be placed on the shaft, marking spots where I will drill holes into them, so I can secure them with small nails.

4) I am putting the nails into the shaft's braces.

5) I'm placing the hoop on the shaft.

6) I'll take off the front wheels in order to put the bolt into the shaft, together with the foot of the „tongue," so I can weld it all together so it doesn't come off.

7) I'm taking off one wheel, and soon I'll take the other, so I can work on the shaft.

8) I'll place the bolt through it and fasten it with a rivet.

9) I'll cut whatever is too long and then fasten it.

10) I'm placing the bolt into the first hole of the front half of the gear.

11) Here's a wooden bolt to secure the prašketine, when they're installed.

12) I'm making the gancine for the vagir, where the balancine will be hung later.

13) I'm making rings or hoops for the balancine and vagir.

14) I'm placing the hoops on the balancine and I'll hang it on the vagir later.

Wheel

1) I've now cut this out of dried dogwood to make the wheel hubs.

2) I'll make holes in the hub.

3) I've now made everything ready for the drilling on the lathe to make the hubs.

4) I'll make marks for the holes for the spokes.

5) I'll make marks for the holes with the prick punch.

6) I'll start making holes.

7) I'm making spokes for the wheels.

8) I'll place the spokes into the hub.

9) I'm making the platice.

10) And I marked where the holes will go. When I drill the holes, I'll install it.

11) I'll use the sector to mark things up, so everything is nice and round.

12) When it's round, I'll place the brace on it.

13) I'll cut off everything that is too wide with the kosica, and then I'll smoothen it with the file.

14) I'm using a shear to cut the one-milimeter-thick sheet metal for the wheel braces.

15) I'm working on a brace, bending into a round shape for the wheel. When it just right, I'll drill holes, fasten it with rivets and install.

16) I'm placing the brace on the wheel.

17) I'm tightening it more in the vice.

18) I'm putting the nails into the wheel brace. I'll tighten them with pliers.

19) I'll even it all around with a grinder, so it's nice.

20) I'll smoothen the wood around the wheel with a file, so it's even with the brace.

6) I'm placing the wooden bolts on the hludič.

7) I'll secure it with glue.

8) I'm installing the hludič for the ladder.

9) I'm making a kušin for the back part of the cart, which is placed into a štrama and holds the ladder. I'll rough-hew it, drill it and install it.

10) I'm finishing the last tirant of the ladder; I'll fasten it with a rivet and the ladder is done.

11) I'm making holes for the kušin, where the ladder will be installed, so the ladder doesn't move sideways.
